  1. Business Owners: Upon registration and listing your business on our platform, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, including your Unique Entity Number (UEN), incorporation details, and other necessary data required for investor assurance and regulatory compliance.
  2. Investors: By using our platform to explore investment opportunities, you acknowledge that the accuracy and completeness of the information provided by businesses are essential for making informed investment decisions.
3. Compliance and Verification:
  1. We reserve the right to verify the accuracy of the information provided by business owners and may request additional documentation or clarification as necessary.
  2. Business owners agree to cooperate with any verification processes and provide requested information in a timely manner.
4. Investor Assurance:
  1. Business Owners: You understand and acknowledge that investors rely on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided in your listing.
  2. Investors: While we strive to ensure the accuracy of the information provided on our platform, you acknowledge that investments carry inherent risks and perform your due diligence before making investment decisions.
5. Restrictions on External Communication:
  1. Business owners are strictly prohibited from contacting investors outside of the platform using contact information obtained through our website. All communications between business owners and investors must be conducted through the communication channels provided by our platform.
  2. Business owners acknowledge and agree that circumventing the platform’s communication channels to directly contact investors is a breach of these terms and conditions and may result in the suspension or termination of their account.
  3. The platform reserves the right to monitor communication between business owners and investors to ensure compliance with this policy. Any attempt to solicit direct contact with investors outside the platform will be subject to review and may lead to penalties as deemed appropriate by the platform administrators.
  4. This restriction is in place to maintain the integrity and security of the platform, ensuring a safe and trusted environment for all users.
6. Intellectual Property:
  1. Business Owners: You retain all rights to your intellectual property, including trademarks, logos, and content provided for your listing.
  2. By listing your business on our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your intellectual property solely for the purpose of promoting your listing on our platform.
7. Liability and Indemnification:
  1. Business Owners: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless our platform/company and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our platform or any breach of these Terms.
  2. Investors: You acknowledge and agree that our platform/company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform or reliance on any information provided.
8. Termination:
  1. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend listings on our platform at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or failure to comply with our policies.
  2. Business owners may request the removal of their listing from our platform at any time, subject to any outstanding obligations or liabilities.
9. Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

By using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms may be updated or modified from time to time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
